Digital Axis Control HMC-HNC

Better from experience

Our longstanding partnership with Bosch-Rexroth has resulted in several pioneering innovations which make your system technology fit for the future:

HMC
The Hydraulic Motion Controller (HMC) sets new standards in the modern automation of hydraulic drives for up to 2 axes:

  • Straightforward, open and scaled digital axis control
  • Digital axis controllers for one or two electrohydraulic axes
  • Flawless function for position, pressure, force, speed and release control (position/pressure or force)
  • Intelligent communication: Sercos, PROFINET RT, EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP, POWERLINK, optional PROFIBUS, analogue
  • Parameterisable with standard Ethernet

HNC 100
This “all-rounder” sets standards in hydraulic drive control. Due to its exceptional range of interfaces and free programmability, it fulfils a wide range of requirements and can be integrated on a flexible basis into any control architecture without any problems.

  • For controlling 1 to 4 axes
  • NC programming
  • WinPed 7 operating software
  • CE conformity according to EMC Directive 2004/108/EC
  • Freely configurable controller versions...
    ... Position control
    ... Force control
    ... Pressure control
    ... Release position/pressure or position/force control
    ... Speed control
    ... Path-dependent braking
... Synchronisation (master/slave or average value principle)
  • Bus connection (Sercos, PROFINET RT, EtherNet/IP)
  • Actual value acquisition...
    ... Position encoder: incremental
    ... Position encoder: absolute (SSI)
    ... Analogue 0 to ±10 V and 0(4) to 20 mA
  • Correcting variable output: voltage or current
  • Service interface: RS232, optional TCP/IP
