Lechler air nozzles
With a range of air nozzles in our stock, we have represented the Lechler company for many years.
Air nozzles are used for the concentrated, targeted dispersion of air or saturated steam. The air nozzles generally used are either flat fan nozzles or solid stream nozzles. In principle, you can run any flat fan nozzle or solid stream nozzle with air instead of liquids. However, you can achieve the best effect with nozzle designs specially engineered for use with compressed air or saturated steam. In addition to air, various nozzle types are also suited for injecting saturated steam. Areas of application for Lechler air nozzles include, for example, efficient blowing off and blowing out, cooling, heating, drying and cleaning.

Whisperblast® multi-channel air nozzles
When uncontrolled compressed air is applied, annoying high-frequency hissing noises very often arise that may cause serious harm to hearing. These are produced by turbulence generated at the air outlet. Their intensity depends on the shape of the nozzle orifice and on the air pressure.

The better and stronger the air jet is supposed to be, the higher the harmful noise level as well as the cost for air consumption.
The solution:
Lechler multi-channel air nozzles featuring a significantly reduced sound level, high blowing power and low air consumption. The performance of Lechler multi-channel air nozzles is based on partitioning the air inflow into single air jets. A total of 16 air channels, arranged to ensure optimum flow conditions, provide for a particularly uniform, straight and powerful overall air jet.
This offers the following advantages over single-hole air nozzles:
- Reduction of the noise level by up to 12 dB
- Low service air pressure with the same blowing power
- Lower air consumption
- Better blowing effect over a longer distance
- Lower operating costs
