A ball screw assembly (BASA) is a complete unit including a cylindrical screw assembly with spheres as the rolling elements. It is used to convert a rotational movement into a lateral movement, or vice versa. Although the function of a ball screw assembly is relatively simple, in practice it encompasses a variety of designs and requirements.

In addition, a new ECO series is available for simple applications requiring inexpensive solutions This version provides all of the performance of standard nuts, with a lower price thanks to the simplified design of the nut body.

Miniature series: expands the portfolio with small sizes
ECO series: inexpensive solutions up to medium-sized designs, as screw-in nuts or flange single nuts

As usual, flange nuts in the Standard series are available in both a version with Rexroth connection dimensions and a version with DIN connection dimensions. Rexroth fully supports the relevant standards (DIN 69 051 and ISO 3408). Customers can easily mount almost all individual nuts in versions “with axial play” on the spindle quickly themselves. In addition, play-free adjustable individual nuts in the Standard series allow customers to set the pre-load.
