Functionality of multi-line lubrication systems:
Multi-line pump aggregates pump the lubricant through a line directly to the lubrication point. In this version, there are no lubricant metering devices, each consumption point has its own pump element. In this way, the lubricant is pumped directly into the lubrication point. The system is extremely precise, simple and very durable. Multi-line pumps are available in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic models for all applications. The mechanical pump elements can be easily replaced in case of repairs.

The following sizes can be supplied:
- Multi-line oil lubrication systems with dosing quantities of 0 to 227 cm³/min.
- Multi-line grease lubrication systems with dosing quantities of almost 0 to 35 cm³/min.
The lubrication volume per outlet can be set individually via the different piston diameters and/or stroke settings of the pump elements; here, up to 30 outlets are possible with a maximum pressure of up to 4000 bar.
