SKF Dual-line lubrication systems

We are your supplier for two-line lubrication systems for oil, grease and fluid grease up to an NLGI class 2 by the manufacturer SKF. We supply entire systems as well as the respective components and spare parts.

Functionality of dual-line lubrication systems:
The dual-line lubrication systems supply larger plant that, in turn, supply various quantities of lubricant to the lubrication points/consumers that are located far apart from one another. The consumers are serviced via two main lines that are switched alternately by an SKF high-pressure pump. System pressures of up to 400 bar are possible here. Stub lines can be branched off main lines toward dual-line lubricant metering devices and supply the corresponding quantity to the respective consumers. Additional final pressure sensors can be installed for monitoring and as a precaution to keep damage to a minimum.
