Industrial shock absorbers
Industrial shock absorbers as used as hydraulic machine components for slowing down moving masses with minimal machine load. ACE shock absorbers implement the most recent and innovative technologies, such as piston tube, stretch and rolling diaphragm technology.  This gives the shock absorbers an ultra-long service life in conjunction with high energy-absorption capacity. ACE industrial shock absorbers are easy-to-use machine components that can be used flexibly thanks to their many add-on parts.

Types MC150 to MC600
ACE miniature shock absorbers are maintenance-free, ready-to-install hydraulic components. Thanks to its hermetically sealed rolling diaphragm technology, series MC150 to 600 are suitable for a maximum service life of up to 25 million cycles. All shock absorbers have an integrated positive stop. Restoration occurs via the rolling diaphragm with very low restoration forces.

Adjustable ACE shock absorbers are also unique. The innovative MAGNUM series represents the absorption technology of the next generation to meet the requirements of the future. This is firstly because of the shock absorbers' cutting-edge sealing technology, with hardened guide bearing and integrated positive stops decisive in extending their service life. Secondly, the settings on the front and back, clamping flanges and the continuous external thread open up many different options in terms of design and assembly.

Industrial gas springs
Industrial gas pressure springs are suitable for all applications in which masses must be lifted and lowered. They support the muscles and offer a controlled way to lift and lower lids, hoods, covers etc. They are maintenance-free, ready-to-install and available from stock.
Their integrated grease chamber gives them reduced breakout force, lower friction and a very high service life.
Industrial gas traction springs act in the tensile direction. Both variants are equipped with a standard valve, allowing them to individually adjust the desired pressure.

Types GS-8 to GS-70
Industrial gas pressure springs are maintenance-free and ready-to-install. They are available in body diameters from 8 mm to 70 mm and forces from 10 N to 13,000 N with a valve. Numerous add-on parts allow for easy installation and make the gas springs universally applicable.

Hydraulic brake cylinders
Brake cylinders are used to regulate movement speeds. They can synchronise movement in both directions or serve as a compensating element for swinging masses. As a safety component, they prevent equipment from suddenly retracting.

Types HBS-28 to HBS-70
ACE hydraulic brake cylinders are maintenance-free, ready-to-install, closed systems. They are available in body diameters from 28 mm to 70 mm and in stroke lengths of up to 800 mm. They can be used as single-acting or double-acting brakes. When throttling the speed in the tensile or compressive direction, a free return stroke is made in the opposing direction. Thanks to the new stepped regulation, the brake cylinder is finely adjustable and guarantees a constant feed rate. The new adjustment control on the piston makes the end position adjustment child's play. The brake cylinders feature the slim gas spring design.

TUBUS profile dampers
The innovative TUBUS profile dampers are a highly affordable alternative to the use of emergency stops and for continuous loading. They are manufactured from co-polyester elastomer. This enables them to break down energy constantly in areas in which other materials would fail. The material and the internationally patented manufacturing steps afford unique damping properties. The profile dampers are reversible and absorb the rising energy with a degressive (TA-series), approximately linear (TS-series) or progressive (TR-series) damping characteristic. The TUBUS series features 7 designs with over 140 individual products.

The TA profile dampers from the innovative ACE TUBUS series are maintenance-free. Thanks to its degressive damping characteristic, a high-energy absorption takes place at the beginning of the stroke. The low self-heating of the material offers constant damping in a temperature range of -40 °C to 90 °C.
The TA.-series was specially developed for maximum absorption of energy with a minimum installation height in a range of 2 Nm to 2,951 Nm.

Rotary dampers
Rotary dampers are maintenance-free machine components used to slow down a rotating or linear movement in a controlled way.
